I am almost halfway through the squat and crunch challenges (day 14)! I also got a (weighted) hula hoop and it’s so fun oh gosh
my waist/hips are a bit bruised though, but the bruises will fade away and I guess/hope I won’t get them once I get used to hula hooping!
